Frequently Asked Questions
Account Questions
No, each player is allowed only one account at 6zzz6. Opening multiple profiles under the same name, phone number, or payment account is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, they may be closed and any bonuses cancelled.
Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" option. Enter your registered mobile number or email and a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the code correctly and set a new password. If you have trouble, contact 6zzz6's live chat support directly.
Yes, after logging into your account you can update certain details from the profile settings. However, changes to core identity information such as your name or date of birth may require assistance from the support team. It is best to contact support before making any such changes to be sure.
6zzz6 recommends creating a strong password — use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, with a minimum of 8 characters. Avoid easily guessable passwords such as your date of birth or 123456. Your username can be any unique combination you choose.
Casino & Table Games
Different table games at 6zzz6 have different betting limits — ranging from low-limit tables for new players to high-limit tables for experienced players. You can view the details for each game in the game lobby. Choose the table that suits you best.
Absolutely. 6zzz6's live casino is fully mobile-friendly — you can play directly from the browser on any Android or iOS smartphone or tablet. No separate app download is needed. With a stable internet connection you can enjoy smooth gameplay with live dealers.
Roulette features a spinning wheel with numbers 1 to 36 and a zero. You can bet on any number, a colour (red or black), odd or even, or a range of numbers. The ball spins around the wheel and players who bet on the number where it lands win. Betting directly on a single number pays the most.
Teen Patti is a popular South Asian card game — each player receives three cards and the player with the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is a simple card-guessing game: one card is placed in the middle and you bet on whether the next card of the same value will land on the "inside (Andar)" or "outside (Bahar)" side. Both games are available at 6zzz6 in live dealer format.
In live dealer games, a real dealer runs the game via live video streaming from an actual studio. 6zzz6 players can see the dealer and table on screen and place bets through the interface. This gives a much more realistic and engaging experience compared to standard online games.
Welcome Bonus
Yes, after claiming a bonus you can cancel it before the wagering conditions are met if you wish. However, cancelling a bonus will void the bonus balance and any winnings earned from it. To cancel, contact 6zzz6's live chat.
No. 6zzz6's welcome bonus — up to 150% and up to ৳20,000 — is available to each player only once, on their first deposit. It is not possible to claim this bonus more than once on a single account. Attempting to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts is also prohibited.
The validity of a bonus is limited to a specific period — the full details are stated in each bonus's terms and conditions. After claiming a bonus, try to complete the wagering requirements as quickly as possible so that the bonus remains active before it expires. Contact the support team for more details.
At 6zzz6, wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 150% bonus, you get ৳1,500. A 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets before you can withdraw your bonus winnings.
Deposit Questions
The minimum deposit at 6zzz6 is ৳500 — this limit is the same for all three methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. To take advantage of the welcome bonus, you must deposit an amount equal to or greater than this limit.
In some cases there may be a short delay in payment processing. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If the balance has still not appeared after 15 to 20 minutes, contact 6zzz6's live chat or email with your payment transaction ID or a screenshot — it will be resolved promptly.
6zzz6 does not charge any deposit fee of its own. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own transaction fee — this is subject to each service's own policy. It is a good idea to check the fee structure in your wallet app before depositing.
Log in to 6zzz6 and go to the cashier or deposit section. Select bKash as the payment method and enter the amount. Follow the instructions shown to complete the payment through your bKash app or USSD menu. After a successful payment, the balance will be automatically added to your account.
Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. To deposit at 6zzz6, select Rocket in the cashier, enter the amount, and follow the instructions shown to make the payment via your Rocket app or by dialling *322#. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
VIP Program
6zzz6 VIP members enjoy weekly cashback, priority support, and exclusive promotions. The higher the tier, the more benefits — higher tiers also come with a personal account manager and special offers. The VIP program is designed to reward active and loyal players.
6zzz6 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Each tier has its own distinct benefits and priority level.
At the end of each week, cashback is calculated based on your overall betting activity. Cashback is credited directly to your account at the rate set for your current VIP tier. It is generally paid at the start of the following week and is available for immediate use.
By playing regularly and actively at 6zzz6, it is possible to gradually move up to a higher tier. Your overall gaming activity plays a role in determining your tier — the more you play and the more time you stay active, the easier it is to reach a higher tier. Your current tier status can be viewed from your profile.
No separate application is needed. Access to the VIP program is granted automatically when you open an account at 6zzz6. As you play actively, the system tracks your progress on its own and upgrades your tier when you qualify.
